BEYOND BASIC SKINCARE INC - EDMONTON, AB

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Very unprofessional. I waited almost 15 min before anyone acknowledged my presence even though I had an appointment - and that was only after someone else came in and they acknowledged her. I used a groupon- received less than 45 mins of my 60 min massage. Was told consultation was included. No - paperwork was filled out in 2 mins. Masseuse picked a rag that fell on the floor and put it on my face. Massage room was noisy & cluttered. I was made to pay extra taxes on top of my groupon - I've never had to do that ever before and not anywhere since. I asked to speak with the manager C******* She called me and when I began telling her about my experience, she hung up on me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is putting it mildly. I actually have another groupon for my mom to use. She is not going to use it because I wouldn't want to subject her to the Beaming Beauty experience.

I had a Groupon and recieved the best service i ever had, the ladies know what they were doing and i was in and out of there in no time! I highly suggest you visit this place! I will return many times over, for great service! Thanks Ladies....
