I rate this store very low, we have a problem when one of the sales clerk forgot to remove the security tag from hoodie. We contacted American Eagle and was advised that all stores could remove each other security tag, we happen to be in BC and we made a special trip to Kelowna to find out all American Eagle were NOT the same. We then shipped the hoodie back to the original store (Edmonton Kingways) on August 21/14 and as of today (Sept 20/14) still have not received hoodies back. As of today I have made 5 long distance calls.
