I had a tire blown out so I decided to call my sales rep to ask where the spare tire jack was. Not only did he help me through the entire process, he also reminded me about my tire warranty and to bring my car in. I showed up the next day, met up with him in service department, helped me through the entire process and made sure everything went smoothly.
