Best School for Cheap and good quality salon Services. Have become a regular customer as the students and teachers there are very nice and good at their job. the owner there is also very helpful.

Don't ever go to Design 8000 hairstyling school for hair services. What you save in money you will definitely lack in appropriate customer service. If you advertise yourself as a SALON and sell vouchers, saying an appointment is required, don't be so surprised when customers Actually follow your instruction and *gasp* call to book and appointment. I was answered by a screaming, obnoxious woman who would not book an appointment, did not have the capability to suggest a reasonable time for me to come, and did not provide any suggestion or insight other than I "come and wait a few hours,"I know nothing of the students capabilities, unfortunately the attitude of their receptionist/head master put me off so much I will NEVER step foot in that place. I'm sure there are many talented people who are being overshadowed by this pretentious troll. Screaming at your customers will never get you anywhere. Especially with me. Waste of time and money!

It's under new management with better services and good experienced instructors. Convenient timings.

This salon has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life time. The owner was rude, unprofessional, obnoxious, and actually YELLED at me (a paying customer). I had my hair dyed there and it was a complete wreck, the person who did my hair seemed in a rush to leave (not to mention took 1 hour to even get started).

I asked the owner what she could do for me, since I had already paid (for a disappointing result), and she not only yelled at me claiming that she told me this would happen (because if someone told me my hair would turn out two different colours, I would say "okay go ahead!" right?), but she kept saying "just forget it!" and refused to do any corrections without charging me EXTRA... I paid for a terrible dye job, and she wanted me to pay more to fix even that.

I just can't get over how an owner of BUSINESS expects to get customers by yelling at them! She even yelled at me while choosing colours! She was aloof and did not seem to know what was going on, really unprofessional, walking around listening to her headphones. She was EXTREMELY rude to customers, and has absolutely no people skills.

All in all, one of the worst experiences ever. The owner needs to do some serious training on how to run a business, and needs to realize that screaming at your customers is going to drive it straight into the ground. I was set to recommend my mom and sister to go there next week, but after this? Yeah right. I am taking the service I received and letting everyone know how terrible it was - this could have been avoided if she had any idea how to talk to people like a civilized human being.
