Minto has got to be one of the worst companies to rent from. Seeing as how they are one of the largest rental companies in Ottawa and have units in many different cities you would expect some professionalism. The superintendent are incompetent, repairs are not done in a timely manner, notices are not given, they do not and will not return phone calls even after promising to do so. The laundry machines are constantly broken. I would suggest living anywhere that's not owned by MINTO
