Hallways are dirty due to old rugs and chipping paint,elevators break down often, water shut off almost weekly, no pride in ownership. Very sad as good people live here. On other hand very nice staff do what they can to maintain it. Prices are good but will not let you upgrade to bigger apartment cause it cost them money. :(
