ANDY'S FOODLAND - WINCHESTER, ON

I've had two not very good experiences. I went into Andy's a couple months back to pick up a few things. Decided to get an Ottawa Sun newspaper while there after getting home I found that someone had done the cross-word and word find and put the paper back in the rack. The 2nd incident was this past week and I was in the store on January 15 or 16 and bought a packet of boneless/skinless chicken breasts with a best before of January 18th. After getting home and putting them in the frig I noticed a bad smell from my frig I opened the package of chicken and the smell was terrible. The chicken went to the barn cats. I was only an occasional customer at Andy's [a few times a month] but I will not be going back. Hope this is not the norm.
