WAL-MART - 3939 ROCHDALE BLVD. - PORTRAIT STUDIO - REGINA, SK

By far the WORST service we have ever had! We went in as a family of four on October 11th. We were there to get our youngest daughter's(3 years old) pictures done, and then a full family shot. It took 20 mins alone to just do our daughters because "Samantha" had no personality at all. IF you are going to work with children you should be able to make them smile. It's not hard to get my daughter to smile a genuine smile. If you make her laugh she smiles for ever. Not ONE time did this lady make her laugh. She didn't pull out any of her puppets or kid friendly things to try to make her giggle. All she did was make jokes about "Does mommy have stinky feet" which in return caused my daughter to sternly say back "NO" Then as people were lining up waiting for their turn all we can hear is her and her co-worker talking about how they didn't expect "this" session to take so long. Well I am sorry for being such a burden to your job. In the end we only had 1 good shot and had no choice but to go with that one as we felt bad for taking up anymore of anyone else's time. To make matters worse, we were told the pictures would be in 2-3 weeks and we would receive a call. NO ONE called, I even called 3 weeks in and left a voice mail in which NO ONE returned my call. I called this morning to find out they have been sitting there at the studio waiting to be picked up. Make your own judgement call but we will NEVER go back to this studio again.

NOT HAPPY!!!!! Took ten minutes today to take pictures of two kids then asked to wait twenty minutes while the woman did editing. Then she took the next people behind me!!! Never did get to see the pictures, the power went out and she will continued with the other people. NEVER DID SEE THE PICTURES!!! Had to leave to store without even knowing if the pictures are any good. NOT HAPPY!! would not recommend this woman to take pictures ever again!!! This is not the walmart attictude. People first, not whoever comes next in line!!!

This portait studio provides some modern and unique photo opportunities, and will work with you to make it exactly how you would like. Getting someone who has though worked the job a while is best as i once went there and a younger lady was there, she did not work well with my 2 year old she just did not have a good attitude which didnt help my daughter any, we did not order pics that day, other then that we have always been more then satisfied! JUST wish that damn CD didnt cost so much!
