They offer nice products for sale, but if you will require an installation or maybe some service later, don't look to this family-run business for professionalism, basic troubleshooting skills or basic trade skills, technical expertise or expedience. They are ARROGANT owners who know everything and you know nothing! The owner admitted that it was all about getting their money from me (I paid in FULL, with NO discount offered). they gave NO apologies for an Agalite custom, glass Tub Enclosure that, after 101 days, 7 visits to my home and one chipped tub later STILL LEAKED a puddle of water on the floor after every shower. (P.S. I finally had to fix it myself). Si, if you are one of those annoyig people who will be looking for "Customer Satisfaction", DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR and JUST DRIVE ON BY this place!!!
