I don't often take the time to do a company review, but I was pleased with the level of customer service that comes from this family run company. From my initial phone call, through to completion of my Kinetico drinking water installation, I was pleased with the guys that came to my home and the happy staff on the phone. Our drinking water indeed tastes much better, and now I am drinking more water (makes the doctor happy). Premium water also has a plumbing division, so in the future, I plan to take my business to this local okanagan gem. Highly recommended.
