KORECKI REAL ESTATE SERVICES INC. - RICHMOND, BC

First of all, I rarely ever write a review for anyone in my life because I do not believe in writing reviews. I do feel people who write reviews are either bias or being fictitious. However, for this particular case, God is asking me to do it and I do feel that it is my obligation to write the truth and only the truth will prevail. My name is Chris Falcon, I am a Commercial Strata Owner at 1229 Kingsway, I used to be a Strata Council for my residential/commercial building. I quit being a Strata Council because I was so unhappy how Korecki Real Estates Services Inc is managing my building. IT IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH THEM. As a business owner, I know how important it is to establish an honest, transparent relationship with my clients. I know that my client’s success is my success. Having said all that, my experience with Korecki Real Estates Services Inc. has not been that positive since they started managing my building and my commercial Unit at 1229 Kingsway since 2013. As the year pass by, I noticed our building is starting to look “run down” even though the building is only about 4 years old. If you want a private tour to inspect the interior and exterior of the building, I would love to give anyone a free tour so you can see the conditions of our building for yourself rather than reading all the “5 STARS” reviews that can or cannot be quantify or proven. No words or even the number of stars can grade the Korecki Real Estates Services Inc, you just have to see it with your own eyes. There are 36 residential suites and 6 commercial units in my building. Even though I signed a contract with Alex Korecki on behalf of my Strata Corporation in 2013, a lot of the more important conditions and clauses are not honor or have been swept under the carpet and ignored. In my opinion and personal experience dealing with Alex Korecki and his team, I do strongly feel that when you communicate with Alex Korecki, it is like talking to between a brick wall and a car salesman. When I ask Alex Korecki with questions, I often end up with more questions, no definitive answer and lead to nowhere. On a personal level, I have worked for and collaborate with many big corporate brand companies and famous people in my lifetime, I would not recommend Korecki Real Estates Inc. to anybody if they are looking to hire a property management company even if ones get “5 STARS” in every single reviews online web sites. No one in this world get a perfect “5 STARS” on every single web sites, I would be very skeptical. If it is too good to be true, you better go on location, investigate further or deeper, interview with as many of the Strata Owners/Strata Councils as you can, and you shall find the truth. Just don’t read the reviews and make your decision because someone is writing a negative or positive online reviews. You just have to check it out and see it for yourself which I “did not” in this case with Korecki Real Estates Services Inc. This is one of those regretful decision I made for hiring Korecki Real Estates Services Inc. in my life simply because I was too busy running my own business and no one else in the building is willing to do anything to help.
