Raised the tuition after re-registration, without notice us when we re-register and paid the re-register fee. We re-registered in July 2017, academy called us that tuition fee raised starting the new school year from September 2017. The first year of our learning in this academyin 2015, we needed to bring our own Harp to the location the teacher requested and the time the teacher requested. When the teacher cancel the class, no refund but only make up class, and the make up class cannot carry over to the next month, can only use it in school holidays. During few times of recitals, or rehearsals, the teacher never show up. Overall experience is unbelievable worst. Not recommended at all!
