I ordered take out food combo dinner #8 on Sept 23/13. Took take out home and tasted their Chicken Mushroom Chop Suey and it was horrible tasting muchroom chop suey. The chicken in the Chop Suey was fatty and grissly, the chicken balls were all batter, next to no chicken,
the bag that the egg roles were in were saturated in grease. We tasted each portion of the meal and we hated it and got on our bicylces and returned all the food. I politely asked the wife at that location if I could return the 2 dinners and the husband got angry and kicked us out of the store. I asked for our money back they refused and gave us back only 7 dollars for we tasted our food. I have to taste the food to see whether I like it or not. I ate 1 chicken ball i tasted the rice and chop suey how else do I know whether I like it. Even though it was take out dinners they were angry that we took it home tasted it and ate it then returned it. The husband yelled at us, threw 7 dollars at us, and said now get the hell out of my restaurant. My husband remained somewhat calm to my surprise and told him you have no right to talk to us like that. That is bad customer service the husband of the restaurant responded with I don't care take your money and get out. The wife tried to tell us that we came to that restaurant all the time, when actually this was our first time there and ordering food believe it or not. We have never eaten there before or ordered food their before in our lives, we just moved down the street in 2012. I will never eat there again. I am 54 years old and I have never been treated like this in my life and I was appalled at their behaviour who the hell do they think they are.
