i called the office on albion/kipling on monday to find out about a urea breath test that i have to take. i was told by a female that i needed to not eat for 6-8 hours nor drink anything. she also said that if i was on any medication like antacids, to stop for 24 hours. i did as she said. went in for the test, very early dragging myself in pain that i have now bee in for 24 days without anyone able to help me, only to find out that i could not take the test because i was supposed to stay away from medication for 3 days...people just do their jobs and though i realise its not part of their jobs to be caring and considerate, that lady has no idea what it took for me to get there and how difficult a time i am having.. her wrong instruction may just have cost them 1 test, for me the patient, it cost alot more.
