They bought my car, paid me what I wanted,
were as pleasant in an unpleasant situation.
We were moving and had to sell our vehicle
and household contents. It's what happened
AFTER that I have to review about. It was
about 2 weeks later when I got a note from
Canada Post to pick up a parcel. Doval
Automotive found a necklace that was our 6
yr. old daughters. Cheap but important to
her, has her name on it. Also in the package
was a money order for $43.77, a note to say
that's how much money they found in the car.
This business has ethics and everyone
deserves to know.
It is with honor that I place this review after having had the pleasure of dealing with this family. Within minutes of my crisis, the entire situation was completely managed by Doval Auto. I was given a vehicle to drive immediately and was extremely happy with this treatment, kindness and even the bill. Well deserved review from this happy customer.
