DISGUSTING!NEVER book electrolysis treatments here!! I showed up on time and still had to wait over 13 minutes before the electrologist introduced herself.She never apologized for making me wait.Strike 1. I was led to room that literally felt and looked like a long dirty broom closet. It was dark and VERY dirty.Piles of junk. I brought my daughter with me because she wanted to come (I brought her iPad and colouring stuff incase she got bored).Gabrielle was given a DIRTY stepping stool to sit on! The only reason I stayed was because my aunt asked if I would try out double beauty to see if they were any good.Ive been getting treatments for over a year in ottawa.AMAZING.Double beauty..FAR FAR FAR from it!!! The electrologist said she had been doing this since 1995 when I asked her.Im surprised that anyone goes to her more then once.Im not trying to be mean.Im being honest.I am LIVID and want no body else to have to go through the same experience that I did. I am APPALLED by the way that I was treated!! I paid a babysitter to watch my son and booked an hour session with Lynda.My time and money were wasted!I hate that! Lynda LITERALLY worked on me for LESS then 15 minutes! She ACTUALLY GAVE UP while trying to find a hair that I had CIRCLED in PEN!! Her equipment was ALL VERY dated and LOW quality.At one point the probe BENT ( which also should not happen) and instead of putting on a new one, she actually tried to put it back into my skin!!!!!!!! I was literally invited to lie on a shakey table with two dirty pillows on it for "comfort" and "support". There are no paper sheets or cloth's laid down in between clients.Its lacks hygiene in almost EVERY way! Lynda did not wash her hands before treating my skin which would have been okay if she wore gloves, but she did not.Her hands smelt like vagina.I know it sounds rude, but I think its rude to go to the bathroom without properly cleaning your body after.Lynda pulled my skin hard ( your not supposed to do that) and barely treated anything that I asked her to do. She kept saying that she could not see the hairs properly because of her magnifying glass..very poor quality.Its no wonder that she couldn't see anything! You are supposed to put aloe or witch hazel or some kind of cream on your face to sooth the areas that have been worked on,she did not do this either!!! DISGUSTING!! I booked an hour session and was quoted $50.Lynda literally did LESS then 15 minutes on me.6 hairs were removed!!Thats it!I was charged $17!!!Thats more then 2 dollars a hair! There are 60 seconds in a minute! There should be no reason for not being able to do more then 6 hairs! Because they don't accept debit I had to go to the bank to remove a $20. If my daughter was not with me I would have refused to pay!
