POM-POM INCORPORATED - QUÉBEC, QC

I bought a teapot at the store in Laurier Ste-Foy and I returned it because the handle of the infuser was broken, I just didn't check inside the box before I bought it. I was accused by the manager of having broken it myself and she would not give me back the money. Since I didn't want another one because I was afraid it would break as fast I had to beg to get something else in exchange. The manager is rude and she made it very clear that she has the absolute power over the client. She treated me like I was some stupid client and was very annoyed with me although I was very calm and polite. I've never been treated like this anywhere else in my entire life. And after looking at other review sites I'm not her only victim. I'm never going in this store again and I'm making sure that my friends and family don't either. I don't want them to be treated like I've been.
