I waited in line with a bag full of jeans to be hemmed only to be ignored by the staff and then a woman arrived after me and a staff member rushed up to help her. Horrible customer service! They didn't even acknowledge me. I wouldn't give a place like that my business and I left the store.
Fabulous Place for getting all sorts of hems done. I am an experienced seamstress with no time in this fast paced world to sew any more. I have brought in: cuffed & lined tailored pants, blue jeans, and regular dress pants and they do a professional job as quickly as they can manage. Most of the time, next day service! Highly recommended.
