Employees are unaware of the differences in edge angle of the MesserMeister Elite knives. They sold me a 20* sharpener for a 15* edged knife. Found that on MM's website, post purchase. Contacted Manager to find out what my options were. They said that the 20* edge was fine for this knife. Bad info and defeats the purpose of purchasing this particular knife. They cut me off as I was speaking numerous times. Arrogant and very poor customer service. Know exactly what you want before shopping there.
